PICStep PCB Design V1.1

This is the V1.1 of the PICStep board. The first version was a bit smaller, but didn't have enough PCB heat-sinking for pin 9 of the LMD18245 like their specification required. I'll be publishing the full gEDA gschema and gEDA pcb files when it's not 2:26am.
